Zamalek failed again to capture 3 easy points and was held to a goalless draw by ASEC Mimosas in the CAF Champions League. Although ASEC had to play for more than 70 minutes with one man down, Zamalek on the other side failed to score. Zamalek has 4 points from 3 matches and now in need of every single point in order to secure advancing to the next round.

Hollmann seemed clueless after watching his slow motion players running around on the field. In addition, Zamalek players lacked the fighting spirit to win every ball.
