Week 11: What A Disappointment!

Zamalek once again gives disappointement to the fans and looses to Ismaliy 1-0 in El-Dawry. The match witnessed the debut for three palyers promoted from the youth team: Alaa Ali, Hazem Emam “Junior” and Hossam Arafat. The defenders’ performance in the match was a complete disaster. On the other side, Abdel Wahed El-Sayed excelled as he made a couple of fine saves that if scored, the situation would’ve been even worst! Zamalek still has 18 points from 11 matches and moved down to the sixth position in the Egyptian League Standings.
