- Four players from the youth team has been promoted to join the first team: Ahmed Ibrahim, Hossam Arafat, Alaa Ali and Ahmed El-Marghany. Ahmed Ibrahim already made his debut in the first team last season and scored a goal against Suez Cement.

- Gamal Hamza, Mohamed Aboul Ela, Osama Hassan, Wisam El-Abdy and Ricardo Alves will train separately from their teammates as a disciplinary action taken by Reiner Hollmann.

- Ayman Abdel Aziz won’t be available for Zamalek’s next match in El-Dawry against Petroject due to inury.

- Zamalek strenuously emphasised that they are solely entitled to decide on Amr Zaki’s future when his loan spell at Wigan Athletic ends. Source: FilGoal.com
