- Ahmed El-Marghany will miss next match against Arab Contractors due to three Yellow Cards dismisal.

- Hany Said was the only Zamalek player who saw action in Egypt’s World Cup qualifying match against Zambia that ended 1-1. It’s worth mentioning that Egypt’s coach, Hassan Shehata has selected earlier three players from Zamalek: Abdel Wahed El-Sayed, Hany Said and Mahmoud Fathalla.

- Finally, Zamalek will have a new fresh start with a new coach who will try to boost Zamalek players’ performance and so the team’s position in the Egyptian League Standings. - Zamalek sacked Reinner Hollman after a trail of poor results leaving Ahmed Refaat with Ahmed Ramzy the men in charge for the next period. The German coach made sure to say Goodbye to his team members and staff in Zamalek.
