<p>- The EFA has postponed Cairo’s Derby match between Zamalek and Ahly to be played on the 23rd of April.</p>

It&#8217;s worth noting that Masr Makassa is the team Zamalek signed Sabry Rahil from and Rabat &amp; Anwar is the team Zamalek signed Ahmed Tharwat from. Both players are set to see action starting from next season!</p>
<p>- Furthermore, A new player from the youth team, Hossam Gamal, has been promoted to the first team.</p>
<p>- Zamalek played a friendly match against second division team Masr Makassa and lost 1-0. Zamalek played another friendly against Ahly Bank the match ended 1-0 for Zamalek this time. Alaa Kamal scored the only goal from a free kick. Both matches come as a preparation for Zamalek&#8217;s next match against Arab Contractors in El-Dawry.</p>
<p>- Ahmed El-Marghany will miss next match against Arab Contractors due to three Yellow Cards dismisal.</p>
<p>- Hany Said was the only Zamalek player who saw action in Egypt&#8217;s World Cup qualifying match against Zambia that ended 1-1. It&#8217;s worth mentioning that Egypt&#8217;s coach, Hassan Shehata has selected earlier three players from Zamalek: Abdel Wahed El-Sayed, Hany Said and Mahmoud Fathalla.  </p>
<p>- Zamalek announced: elections has been decided to be on the 28-29th of May</p>

<p>- Gamal Hamza, Mohmed Aboul Ela and Ricardo Alves are back to training with the first team after showing commitment in the training sessions, leaving Wisam El-Abdy the only suspended player at the moment. On the other side, Zamalek&#8217;s Captain, Ayman Abdel Aziz resumed training after healed from a twisted ankle injury.</p>
<p>- Hany Said, Mahmoud Fathalla won&#8217;t be able to take action in the next match against Haras El-Hodoud in El-Dawry due to  to 3 Yellow Cards dismissal. Further more, Mohamed Abdel Monsef got permission to go to Hajj joining the duo mentioned earlier.</p>

<p>- Junior Agogo has been fined by the Egyptian Football Association EFA plus an extra three match ban due to inappropriate gesture in Petrojet&#8217;s match in El-Dawry. Furthermore, Zamalek protested against the fine but somehow managed to sanction Agogo an extra fine!</p>
<p>- The EFA has postponed Cairo&#8217;s derby match between Zamalek and Ahly to be played later on due to broadcasting rights issues.</p>
<p>- Zamalek played a friendly match against Al-Hadeed Wal Solb. The match ended 5-1 for Zamalek. Mostafa Gaafar netted twice. The other 3 goals scored by: Sherif Ashraf, Mohamed Ibrahim and Alaa Ali. The match was set to be  preparation for Ahly in El-Dawry before it has been postponded.</p>
<p>- Further more, Zamalek played another friendly against Arab Academy. The match ended 4-0 for Zamalek! Goals scored by: Sherif Ashraf, Junior Agogo, Amr Adel and Hossam Arafat. The match comes as a preparation for Ismaily in El-Dawry.</p>
<p>-Zamalek youth team played Cairo&#8217;s Derby match against rivals Ahly and stunned 4-3! Sherif Ashraf netted twice and the other two goals scored by Alaa Ali and Mahmoud Abdel Razek &#8220;Shikabala&#8221;. </p>
<p>- A new player from the youth team, Hazem Emam &#8220;Junior&#8221;, has been promoted to the first team.</p>
<p>- Finally, Zamalek&#8217;s captain, Ayman Abdel Aziz won&#8217;t be able to participate in Ismaily&#8217;s match due to injury in addition to the already suspended five.</p>
